Refunds, Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Manka by MVJ, we value your trust and strive to deliver products with the utmost care. However, if something goes wrong, here’s how we handle refunds, returns, and exchanges.
1. Returns & Refunds
Returns are only accepted if the product received is damaged or defective.
In such cases, customers must inform us on the same day of delivery via email or WhatsApp, along with clear pictures/video of the issue.
Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it and confirm whether you are eligible for a refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method for the product value only (shipping charges are non-refundable).
Sale, discounted, or promotional items are not eligible for refunds.

2. Exchanges
Exchanges are possible only if the item is found to be defective or damaged.
To request an exchange, kindly email us at info@mankabymvj.com
with order details and photos of the product.
Once approved, you can courier the item back to us at:

After we receive and inspect the product, we will dispatch a replacement if your request qualifies.
3. Exceptions
Certain items may not be eligible for return or exchange due to their nature (e.g., handcrafted pieces with minor variations).
Handmade products, including brass statues and artisanal designs, may show slight differences in size, colour, or weight. These are natural outcomes of craftsmanship and not considered defects.
4. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order for a full refund.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible.
5. Shipping & Return Process
Customers are responsible for sending the product back to us for returns/exchanges.
Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.
We recommend using an insured and trackable courier service, as we cannot be held liable for items lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds do not include shipping charges and will only cover the product cost.
6. Refund Timelines
Approved refunds will be initiated within 7 working days after inspection.
Depending on your bank/payment provider, it may take 10–14 working days for the amount to reflect in your account.
